"I originally bought the universal kit, but ran into a compatibility issue with two of my old sprayer triggers. Save yourself the hassle and just buy the complete kit from the start—if Amazon is out of stock, grab it directly from their website! What really blew me away was the customer service. Ryan went out of his way to research my specific triggers and answer all of my many questions. To rectify the issue, he and his wife, Kelly, shipped me a brand new tank the next day at no extra cost. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their product and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction like they do. As for the Mist Pro itself, it completely exceeded my expectations. I used it just once, and even after a massive downpour the next morning, my yard was completely bug-free. For the first time, I can actually sit outside and enjoy my space.
